This challenging and permanent role involves the mobile capture of comprehensive building and system data, including ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical, and fire protection technology. Day-to-day tasks include documenting system status, identifying defects, generating detailed maintenance reports, and ensuring technical plans and schematics are accurately updated. You will also support the project team in developing technical specifications and addressing outstanding defects. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical qualification in a relevant field such as TGA, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, possesses initial professional experience in TGA, and is proficient in Microsoft 365 applications. A Class B driving license and regional travel readiness are required for this secure, future-proof position.
