Job Summary

This role as a Sensor Systems Development Engineer involves driving innovation within an international team focused on Quality Control Systems (QCS) for the pulp and paper industry. You will lead sensor development projects, focusing on the continuous optimization and implementation of new measurement applications to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include adapting measurement methods, identifying new technological applications, and conducting rigorous tests and field trials both in-house and directly at customer locations. You will also provide essential technical support to the global organization and coordinate regularly with the international research team. The ideal candidate holds an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics or Engineering, specializing in areas like Measurement Technology, Sensor Technology, Optronics, or Image Processing. This position offers the chance to contribute technical expertise and shape the future of paper manufacturing within a leading European technology group.

Required Skills
