This role seeks a (Junior) Consultant to join the Corporate Finance Back Office team, dedicated to supporting the Schwarz Group with administrative handling and organizational change projects. The core responsibilities revolve around the central management of financing and derivatives within the ITS financial system. Day-to-day duties include preparing documentation, ensuring disbursement requirements are met, reviewing bank communications, and monitoring capital services. A critical function involves the independent processing and documentation of derivatives, including securing payment flows and ensuring compliance with trading regulations like EMIR. Furthermore, the consultant will handle Know Your Customer (KYC) inquiries according to legal requirements and actively communicate with banks and group companies. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant business administration degree or equivalent qualification, coupled with strong analytical abilities and an interest in IT-related topics.
