Job Summary

This role requires an IT Service Manager to plan and monitor systems supporting product components within a private cloud environment. A core function is the expansion and optimization of the system landscape, focusing on making it more efficient and scalable. The manager will actively guide service providers through critical processes including rollouts, changes, and incident resolutions.
