Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged and qualified Service Technician specializing in innovative home technology, particularly solar power systems, for a leading company in Mettmann. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of solar power installations, ensuring their long-term reliability. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting using STC characteristic curve measuring devices, configuring inverters for system stability (50.2 Hz), performing yield controls via monitoring portals, and conducting various measurements, such as thermography. The position requires a completed qualification as an Electrician, Electrical Installer, or Electronics Technician, strong technical understanding, and a customer-focused approach. While professional experience in photovoltaics is beneficial, it is not strictly mandatory.
