This role is for an experienced professional to serve as a Crisis Manager specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA/BSE) across Germany. The primary focus is stabilizing complex, challenged projects by analyzing planning and execution failures, developing effective resolution strategies, and ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost adherence. Day-to-day tasks involve providing operational support to engineering offices and clients, managing subcontractors and specialist planners, and communicating clearly with decision-makers. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or training in supply engineering or building technology, extensive professional experience in BSE planning and site supervision (HOAI phases 5-8), strong technical acumen, and the ability to thrive under time pressure.
