Job Summary

This role seeks a technically proficient IT Support Engineer to manage and administer complex Windows and/or Linux environments as part of the 2nd Level Support team. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical disruptions across the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. The specialist will also contribute to the planning and implementation of robust system and network architectures, ensuring stable and efficient operations. Key tasks involve performance monitoring, implementing security policies, and collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd level teams on escalations and new technology rollouts. Candidates must possess current expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration solutions like Office365/MS Teams. This position offers a permanent contract, opportunities for advanced training, and involvement in challenging projects utilizing modern technologies such as virtualization (VMware), automation (Ansible), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
