Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Desk Specialist involves being the primary point of contact for over 8,000 users within the Contilia Group's extensive healthcare network. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering efficient 1st-Level Support, analyzing and resolving technical disruptions via various channels (phone, remote, on-site), and meticulously documenting all interactions and solutions within the ITSM system. You will be responsible for qualifying tickets for specialized teams and proactively communicating status updates to maintain user satisfaction. To succeed, you must possess a background in IT (either vocational training or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science) and proven experience in an IT Service Desk environment, ideally within healthcare. Essential technical knowledge includes Client, Server, and Network technologies, Active Directory, and Virtualization. Required Skills

Education
