Job Summary

This specialist position supports a client in the pharmaceutical industry located in Ludwigshafen, focusing on Non-Biological Entity (NBE) Sample Management. Key daily responsibilities include the centralized receiving of samples, ensuring meticulous GMP-compliant documentation, and executing shipping activities for biological materials. The role requires preparing comprehensive shipping documentation, including submitting applications for valuation and classification of goods. Furthermore, the specialist coordinates the entire sample flow for stability testing and process analytical orders within the analytical functions. Success in this role demands strong planning and coordination skills, as you will interact with local and global interfaces from various departments and external service providers. Candidates must possess a successfully completed degree in a relevant scientific field (such as Biotechnology, Physics, or Process Engineering) and demonstrate good communication skills in both German and English, alongside proficiency in MS Office applications.
