Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional with vocational training as a Biotechnical or Chemical Technical Assistant (BTA/CTA) looking to support clinical research within the pharmaceutical industry in Munich. The core responsibilities involve acting as Trial Support, assisting the Clinical Trial Associate and Contracting teams. Day-to-day tasks include the continuous administration and archiving of critical study documents, supporting the creation of documents for ethics and regulatory submissions, and managing contract administration across various indications. A significant part of the job involves the full lifecycle of study contracts, including tracking, quality control, shipping, and archiving. Candidates must possess completed vocational training, initial experience in administrative or commercial environments, and proficiency in MS Office.
