Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Technical Specialist to join the calibration laboratory at GOSSEN Foto- und Lichtmesstechnik GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing calibration activities within the light laboratory, including generating calibration certificate templates and conducting type testing for both internal and external devices. A significant part of the job involves technical troubleshooting, such as fault analysis of proprietary devices at the assembly level, processing repair intake, and preparing cost estimates. Additionally, the specialist will handle incoming goods inspection and manage complaint reports when necessary. A unique aspect of this position is the future opportunity to organizationally co-manage the assembly team. The ideal applicant holds a completed technical qualification (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician) and is comfortable working in a relatively dark environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Completed technical training (e.g., Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or related qualification)
Experience
- Professional experience in technical roles (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics)
- Experience with calibration processes and documentation
