Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Support Specialist ready to serve as the primary point of contact (1st-Level Support) for all IT disruptions and service inquiries within a major Bavarian media group. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial tasks of receiving, processing, and documenting incidents, ensuring quick resolution for end-users. You will also be responsible for the setup and configuration of essential hardware, including workstations, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment, while assisting in the accurate inventory and documentation of the entire IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and demonstrate proficiency in both German and English.
