Job Summary

This IT Supporter role involves providing qualified processing of user inquiries and incident reports within a technical environment, focusing on IT solutions for smart integration and established systems. Day-to-day tasks include systematically searching for solutions, documenting all activities within ticket systems, and escalating incidents to subsequent support levels. A key responsibility is communicating effectively with users of the specialized building permit application software. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional knowledge, possesses technical understanding of IT support processes, and ideally has initial experience in customizing and supporting software solutions.
