Job Summary
This IT Field Service Manager role is crucial for driving the continuous development and administration of the company's core Service Management Platform, IFS. The daily responsibilities include translating departmental needs into actionable IT implementation concepts, ensuring their successful realization either independently or through the technical guidance of external consultants and developers. You will serve as the key interface between business units, external service providers, and the internal IT team, focusing on system quality assurance through rigorous testing support and maintaining robust internal documentation according to company guidelines. This position requires a degree in Informatics or a comparable IT background, proven proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL, and practical experience leading IT projects and managing external service providers. Experience with .NET/C# and interface knowledge (SOAP, REST) is highly desirable. The role offers a challenging international environment and a flexible hybrid work model (up to 60% remote).
