Job Summary

This role is designed for an IT Systems Engineer who will take a central position in managing and supporting the company's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support for incidents and problems, ensuring quick resolution, and acting as the expert for Microsoft Cloud Services, covering implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. You will manage client administration for both Windows and Mac-OS environments, oversee software rollouts, and collaborate closely with server, network, and application managers. A critical component of the job involves analyzing and addressing security and virus incidents to guarantee system integrity. Candidates must possess a degree or vocational qualification in IT, coupled with at least three years of relevant professional experience, detailed knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, and network topologies, and strong communication skills in both German and English.
