Job Summary

This role involves leading complex projects focused on Primary Technology within high-voltage networks, specifically managing switching and substations. The Project Lead is responsible for the technical leadership, ensuring projects adhere to strict deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Daily tasks include creating essential planning and project documentation, developing specifications, conducting detailed cost calculations, and performing cost control. You will serve as the central point for internal and external coordination, handling technical problem resolution, feasibility studies, and overseeing quality and change management. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally complemented by prior technical training, and professional experience in constructing high-voltage switchgear. Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and SAP is required, alongside strong communication and problem-solving skills.
