Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of the Business Applications team, focusing on fostering employee development and driving the expansion and professionalization of the department. Key responsibilities include the implementation and continuous operation of crucial internal systems, specifically HR applications (e.g., TimeCard, Softgarden, Helix) and Document Management Systems (DMS) like docuware. The Team Lead is expected to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration across the group to deliver innovative solutions and enhance efficiency through the analysis and optimization of existing product development processes. Candidates must possess a university degree in an IT-technical discipline, such as Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with proven experience in team leadership and strategic management of enterprise systems. The position requires strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
