Job Summary

This role requires an ambitious professional to take on the disciplinary leadership and development of the ERP team. You will be responsible for fostering the individual growth potential and further training of team members. A key accountability includes the overall management and responsibility for supported systems, specifically abas and LFS/EPG, along with other ERP-adjacent applications. The Team Leader will drive organizational improvement by redesigning current processes and implementing new procedures for effectively prioritizing complex business requirements. Enhancing interdisciplinary communication and providing regular reporting to IT management are also crucial duties. Successful candidates must hold a completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and possess several years of leadership experience, ideally within ERP team management, alongside expertise in ERP system implementation and reorganization. This position offers an unrestricted employment contract and significant flexibility through mobile working options.
