Job Summary
As the Head of Operations Control, you will lead a critical department responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of complex IT infrastructures and applications for one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. Your day-to-day will involve providing both technical and disciplinary leadership to your team, enabling department heads and technical consultants, and overseeing the 24/7 multi-shift operations. A key focus will be on monitoring the IT infrastructure, associated applications, and network connections for Sparkassen, managing network disruptions, and ensuring the smooth execution of the central job scheduler. This role requires a strategic mindset to align the department with the company's overall strategy and objectives, alongside strong leadership in project and release management. You will also share responsibilities for the 'Manager on Duty' and 'Release Situation Center Lead' roles, making this a dynamic and impactful position within a leading digital banking partner.

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
