Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the national and international service business, focusing on the operational management of customer service and internal repair operations. The Head of Service and Repair acts as the primary technical and professional point of contact for global service issues, handling claims management and customer consultation. A key part of the role is the continuous development and optimization of service structures to meet evolving market demands, while also contributing to product improvements based on customer feedback. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, substantial expertise in managing service teams for complex technical products, and initial leadership experience. They must have an entrepreneurial mindset, a structured approach to work, and proficiency in both German and written/spoken English, along with a willingness to travel.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training and potentially further qualification as a Technician in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field

Experience

  • Substantial expertise in organizing and steering a service team for technically complex products
