Job Summary

This System Engineer role, based in Frankfurt am Main, offers the opportunity to join a major international manufacturer specializing in automation and tooling products. The core focus of this position is the design, maintenance, and optimization of the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring robust IT Service Level provision for the European headquarters. Day-to-day tasks include critical management of Office 365 environments, overseeing external IT vendors, and providing essential user support while continuously optimizing existing IT processes. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification, coupled with fluent German skills and at least basic English proficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-oriented team player with a hands-on approach.
