This role is crucial for driving Operational Excellence and elevating high-volume semiconductor production to the next level. You will leverage your expertise to continuously develop and optimize manufacturing processes, focusing heavily on driving continuous improvement (KVP), yield optimization, and throughput increases. You will hold technical responsibility for the MEMS processing of a portion of the product portfolio and serve as a vital interface between MEMS Operations and adjacent departments, particularly R&D. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline (e.g., Microsystems Technology, Physics) and possesses fundamental experience in production environments, especially within the semiconductor industry, coupled with knowledge of systems like MES, ERP, and databases.
