Job Summary

This permanent position involves working as a Chemical Laboratory Technician at Shell's Leuna site, focusing on quality control within catalyst production. The role is integral to supporting the company's transition towards a Net-Zero-Emissions future while ensuring current energy needs are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing physical, wet-chemical, and chemical analyses to monitor and control production lines and product quality. The technician is expected to identify deviations in analytical results and independently initiate corrective actions. A strong focus is placed on maintaining compliance with legal and operational regulations concerning occupational safety, health, environmental protection, and plant security.
