Job Summary
This role is for an IT Specialist focused on system integration, responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and infrastructure management. Key responsibilities include on-site user support, handling second and third-level support tickets, and installing and configuring Windows 11. The position also involves server administration, specifically with VMWare, and on-site network maintenance, including patching network ports and VLAN configuration. Participation in on-call duty is required. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, possess professional experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills with a collaborative team spirit.
