Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in Plant Engineering, you will be responsible for the project-specific development of hardware concepts, primarily focusing on complex conveying systems. A core function of this role involves leading and implementing comprehensive technical planning and managing the execution of customer orders, which occasionally requires working directly on-site at the customer location. You will be expected to create detailed system documentation in close cooperation with the Technical Editing team. Furthermore, you will coordinate technical matters with Project Managers and Programmers and provide essential support during system commissioning. Success in this position requires a strong foundation, demonstrated by a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, or an equivalent Technician qualification. Mandatory qualifications include comprehensive expertise in conveying technology, solid knowledge of relevant standards (VDE, DGUV), and advanced user proficiency in EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD.
