Job Summary
This is a pivotal executive leadership role within the Federal Statistical Office (FSO), driving technological innovation and digital transformation across the agency. The Head of Department is responsible for the overall strategy and governance of Information Technologies and Data Management, ensuring the security, quality, and efficiency of the entire technology ecosystem. You will develop and implement a modern, secure, and interoperable data management model while serving as a key member of the Executive Board, contributing to high-level organizational strategy. This demanding position requires a Master's degree in IT or Data Science, coupled with extensive leadership and complex program management experience. Success relies on your ability to lead a qualified team of 45 employees, navigate a political context, and represent the FSO in national and international forums.
