Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician specializing in Fiber Optic and Copper Line Technology, focusing on customer service in the Cologne region. Day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting with customers, installing, and commissioning advanced multimedia systems for high-speed internet, telephony, and digital TV. This includes performing cable installations, precise system measurements, connecting the latest end devices, and efficiently reporting job completion using innovative web tools. Following successful initial training, you will expand your duties to include complex troubleshooting and fault resolution tasks. Candidates should possess completed vocational training in electrical trades or information/communication electronics, or demonstrate strong electro-technical and craftsmanship skills suitable for lateral entry. A professional and friendly customer approach, along with a valid car driver's license, are essential.
