Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role seeks a customer-focused Facility Manager to oversee multiple banking properties in North Germany (Hannover / Bremen). The core responsibility involves managing the assigned properties, acting as the primary on-site contact, and maintaining strong client and user relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and monitoring technical services, managing external service providers, and planning regular services in compliance with legal and contractual requirements. The role also requires implementing efficient defect and fault management, conducting regular site inspections, and initiating value-preservation measures. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in a commercial-technical field, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong business administration fundamentals, alongside fluent German language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
