Job Summary

This role is for an expert in Business Automation and Digitalization, serving as the central figure for optimizing and technically implementing core business processes across the entire value chain, from acquisition to back office. The day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing complex automation workflows using specialized tools like n8n and make.com, and integrating various internal and external software systems via APIs and Webhooks. A key focus is the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including setting up and training AI staff/bots to support sales, customer acquisition, and administration. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in workflow automation, practical experience with AI configuration (e.g., ChatGPT/Custom GPTs), and foundational knowledge of web development for maintaining company websites and webshops.
