Job Summary

This is a temporary, part-time (25 hours/week) position supporting the Human Resources Management department, specifically focusing on Time Management administration. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to Time Management clerks, primarily handling the processing of incoming electronic sick leave certificates and reconciling illness-related absences across multiple systems, specifically the ATOSS timekeeping system and the LOGA payroll system. Daily responsibilities also include managing paid and unpaid leave requests, communicating with health insurance providers, and handling departmental correspondence. Candidates must possess a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, very strong MS Office skills, and an affinity for IT systems. The role requires a high degree of responsibility, accuracy, and a team-oriented approach, particularly when dealing respectfully with sensitive personnel data.
