Job Summary

This critical leadership role, reporting directly to the CTO and serving as part of the management team, involves overseeing all IT infrastructure and hospitality technology for a rapidly growing international entertainment brand (Topgolf). The manager is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, operation, and security of existing sites, including developing IT policies, managing the annual budget, and handling vendor relationships. A major focus is leading the end-to-end IT setup for new site openings, encompassing the entire software landscape (including F&B ordering, booking, and AV systems) and core infrastructure (LAN/WAN). Candidates must possess a strong background in complex IT project management, specific experience with Restaurant POS solutions, Dell VMWare, Cisco Networks, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). Success requires strategic thinking, high personal responsibility, and fluency in both German and English, offering the opportunity to implement innovative technology within a globally successful concept.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT-related education (University, Technical College, or comparable qualification)

Experience

  • Multi-year experience in complex IT system project management (from conception to operation)
  • Proven experience with Restaurant POS Software Solutions, Dell VMWare, and Cisco Networks
  • Experience developing, operating, and monitoring multiple IT projects concurrently
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of hospitality systems (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of ITIL (beneficial)
