Job Summary

This role seeks a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Master Electrician to help establish and lead an in-house electrical department focused on heating, bathroom, and electrical technology, including specialized work with heat pumps and photovoltaic (PV) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional, timely, and cost-effective execution of customer orders, coordinating workflows within the new department, and ensuring seamless collaboration with other teams. Day-to-day activities involve both organizational leadership and hands-on participation on construction sites. Key requirements include a completed electro-technical education, a Master Craftsman's certificate (Meisterbrief), proven experience in installing and commissioning heat pumps and PV systems, and excellent organizational skills.
