Job Summary
This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of the Planning Department, overseeing 12 employees focused on network and plant planning, and network documentation. The manager is responsible for advancing Asset Management and supply concepts, analyzing and implementing network strategies, and creating comprehensive economic and investment plans to control divisional results. Key duties also include managing planning, project execution, construction supervision, and measure accounting, alongside negotiating performance agreements. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical or Supply Engineering and bring several years of practical experience in planning and Asset Management, ideally gained at an energy network operator. Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this demanding and strategic position.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Supply Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in planning, Asset Management, and project management in supply technology
- Professional experience, preferably with an energy network operator
- Leadership experience, preferably within projects at a network operator
- Experience in preparing and presenting complex technical contexts for diverse target groups
