Job Summary

This two-year fixed-term role as an Operations Engineer in Life Science is crucial for implementing new equipment and systems into production at Sartorius Xell GmbH. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, construction, qualification, and validation of new systems, followed by conducting internal training sessions. The engineer will also be instrumental in continuous process improvement, designing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in both local and global contexts, performing detailed fault diagnostics, and ensuring precise documentation of all work performed. The successful candidate must possess a technical Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Life Science (e.g., Biopharma Technology), and demonstrate initial practical experience in equipment qualification and validation. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. This position offers a hybrid work model (remote and on-site near Bielefeld) and the chance to contribute to international projects, driving innovation within a globally listed Life Science company.
