Job Summary

This role involves essential administrative and accounting tasks for a municipal enterprise located in Frankfurt am Main city center. The Financial Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, including proper account posting and management. Daily duties include overseeing the dunning process, monitoring and clearing open items, and verifying and posting petty cash statements. Additionally, the position requires handling various administrative support functions, such as organizing folders and managing payment run filing. Candidates must possess a completed administrative or commercial qualification and demonstrate good practical knowledge of commercial accounting principles and relevant accounting software. Success requires high levels of diligence, reliability, the ability to work independently, and strong proficiency in standard MS Office applications. This is a permanent position offering flexible part-time hours (25 to 39 hours per week).
