Job Summary

This position calls for a qualified Technician or Engineer to join a global market leader in logistics and airport systems as an Electrical Integration Engineer, based primarily in Paderborn. The core responsibilities involve reviewing tender documents and system descriptions for complex conveying machinery, optimizing system concepts, and creating detailed electrical equipment layouts. You will be instrumental in defining critical components, such as sensors, actuators, and switchgear, and planning all necessary cable routing and pathways. A significant part of the role includes collaborating on the overall system safety layout, conducting risk analysis, and designing 400VAC, 24DC, and Profinet networks. You will also verify PLC software against hardware specifications. Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering and ideally bring initial professional experience in project planning or systems integration.
