Job Summary

This role as a Laboratory Technician is crucial for maintaining quality control within a highly modern, internationally renowned dairy facility. The core responsibilities involve conducting essential raw milk examinations and performing sensory evaluations of finished products. You will also execute specialized testing on critical substances, including analyzing the concentration and effectiveness of cleaning and disinfectant solutions, as well as testing drinking and process water samples. A key part of the job is ensuring the reliability of laboratory operations by performing regular calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of lab equipment, alongside participating in proficiency testing programs. Candidates must possess a completed professional qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, coupled with significant professional experience specifically within the food industry. This position requires flexibility and willingness to work shifts within a 24/7 continuous operation model, including weekends and holidays, offering a permanent contract with a global food producer.
