Job Summary

This role is centered within a globally leading pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation, offering the chance to manage and maintain complex production facilities in an international environment. The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for the technical coordination and execution of measures, including comprehensive budget planning and control. Key daily activities involve ensuring plant safety through necessary inspections (like TÜV), conducting vulnerability analyses, troubleshooting system failures, and independently performing maintenance and repairs on production equipment. A critical component of the job is the leadership and coordination of technical staff, including performance monitoring. Candidates must possess a completed technical university degree (Master or equivalent) in fields such as Supply Technology or Production Technology, coupled with fluent German skills and strong knowledge of legal and technical regulations (e.g., occupational safety).
