Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced MES Business Analyst to drive digital transformation within the Global Development division of a renowned chemical/pharmaceutical client. The core responsibilities involve analyzing complex business processes and requirements, primarily focusing on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP environments. You will be instrumental in implementing new concepts, continuously optimizing globally utilized MES and SAP systems, and ensuring data quality adheres to FAIR Data principles. A critical component of the role is providing global expert support for these systems, especially concerning DS/DP Outsourcing processes. Key qualifications include a relevant university degree (or extensive vocational experience) paired with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Deep knowledge of MES, particularly Körber's PAS-X (including MBR Designer and Master Batch Records), and strong SAP data analysis skills are essential. Success requires fluent proficiency in both German and English, coupled with strong communication and a high degree of customer and service orientation.
