Job Summary

This role requires an experienced and self-reliant professional to lead a small team focused on the electrical maintenance, repair, and servicing of operational equipment and systems within a renowned company in Rüsselsheim. Day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as a dedicated field service technician, requiring direct coordination and consultation with clients on-site. The Team Leader will independently manage full project lifecycles, including initial measurement, detailed calculation, quotation preparation, material disposition, planning, and execution. Furthermore, meticulous technical documentation utilizing modern IT equipment (handheld devices, tablets, laptops) is essential. The ideal candidate must possess a formal vocational qualification as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or equivalent, preferably supplemented by further training such as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Certified Technician (Techniker). This position offers a secure, permanent contract with a strong chance for permanent takeover by the client, providing a stable career path in a long-term assignment.
