This role requires an agile professional to translate aviation-specific Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulations into concrete IT and data requirements. The consultant will be instrumental in developing robust ESG data management solutions, including defining KPIs, integrating them into existing systems, and automating interfaces and processes. A core responsibility involves supporting the strategic build-up of ESG programs and ensuring their successful implementation within IT systems, defining the Target Operating Model. The ideal candidate must possess a completed degree or vocational training, coupled with several years of professional experience in both IT and Sustainability. Success requires strong consulting competencies, high IT affinity, and fluent German and English skills, offering a dynamic opportunity to work remotely, in the office, and on-site with clients while monitoring emerging regulatory trends in the aviation sector.
