Job Summary

The Process Integration Engineer will be the dedicated owner of one or more of the company's critical technology nodes within this innovative semiconductor firm, a part of the Swatch Group. The primary mission involves driving product yield improvement, enhancing PCM (Electrical Parameters) performance, and ensuring successful technology qualification for high-volume production. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous product yield analysis, correlating BIN and wafer map data with production metrics (PCM, in-line measurements), and statistical analysis (PpK/CpK) to solve parametric excursions and equipment mismatches. Candidates must possess an Engineering degree in Physics or Microelectronics and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in Si-based CMOS technologies. Success in this role requires strong analytical and statistical skills, experience with project management methodologies like DOE, FMEA, and 8-D, and fluency in both written and spoken French and English, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Process Integration role
  • Professional experience with Si-based CMOS Technologies (embedded memory is a plus)
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate and meet project goals effectively
  • Professional experience participating in cross-functional teams (Process Engineering, Defectivity Engineering, Production, R&D)
