Job Summary

This role involves leading the operational metering services department within E.ON Grid Solutions, driving digital transformation in the energy sector through intelligent grid solutions. The manager will be responsible for steering regional network areas, specifically handling RLM power and complex SLP cases, and overseeing on-site activities for electricity and gas utilities. Key daily tasks include the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, ensuring strict compliance with all legal and calibration requirements, and optimizing processes within meter management and reporting. The position requires a strong technical foundation, ideally a degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Utility/Gas Technology, combined with proven initial leadership experience. The successful candidate must demonstrate clear communication, strong organizational talent, and a deep technical understanding of grid operations and metering systems, while managing departmental budgets and ensuring high-quality performance from partner firms.
