Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role seeks an IT System Administrator responsible for the planning, implementation, and adaptation of critical IT services and systems. The core duties involve installing and configuring complex IT infrastructure, ensuring high system availability through diligent monitoring, and providing essential user support via the helpdesk, utilizing ticketing systems effectively. A key function involves implementing robust cybersecurity guidelines, such as TISAX standards, and contributing to infrastructure projects by creating specific concepts for rollouts and network integration, including connecting manufacturing facilities. Ideal candidates possess vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, demonstrated experience in IT support, and foundational knowledge in operating systems, MS Office, and network technology (routing & switching). Success requires a structured, independent, and team-oriented approach, coupled with strong German and good English language skills.
