Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Specialist Planner who will take on significant responsibility across all service phases (1-9) according to HOAI in demanding building construction projects. Day-to-day tasks will involve creating design and execution plans, preparing bills of quantities, participating in contract negotiations, and managing cost estimations and scheduling. A key part of the role also includes construction supervision for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Technical Building Equipment or Electrical Engineering, proficiency with CAD software, AVA, MS Project, and MS Office, and a structured, independent, and deadline-oriented approach.
