Job Summary
This role seeks a proactive Technical Project Scheduler to manage complex technical project timelines within a dynamic team environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing clear scheduling structures, continuously updating plans, and closely coordinating progress with project leaders, customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. A core function involves rigorous monitoring of project status, analyzing schedule deviations, identifying critical paths, and issuing timely early warnings to mitigate potential risks and delays. The successful candidate will support project management by preparing detailed decision templates regarding time and budget planning, and advising external partners on scheduling best practices and guidelines. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Business Administration or Engineering, coupled with professional experience in technical project planning. Expertise in MS Project, WBS methodology, and risk analysis is essential, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.
