Job Summary

The City of Seelze is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer specializing in Road Construction to join the Mobility & Drainage department. This role involves comprehensive management of urban traffic infrastructure projects, including planning, creating construction-ready designs, tendering, site supervision, and billing for municipal road construction measures. You will also represent municipal interests in third-party development projects and contribute to traffic concepts and the development of commercial and residential areas. Key requirements include a degree in Civil Engineering (Road Construction) and expertise in urban traffic and road planning. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, reliable, and possess knowledge of public procurement regulations (VOB, UVgO, HOAI) and relevant software (GIS, AVA, CAD).
