Job Summary

This role seeks an Interdisciplinary Scientific and Technical Coordinator to drive the development of exciting new technologies in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD). As a central member of a diverse project team comprising engineers, software developers, and scientists, you will be involved from the initial concept through to market readiness. Key responsibilities include technical coordination, ensuring optimal integration of project parts, and acting as the crucial link between customer requirements and technological capabilities. You will apply your scientific and technical understanding hands-on, developing efficient test procedures for prototypes and series devices, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges across mechanics, optics, electronics, and liquid handling. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics), possess strong organizational and communication skills in both German and English, and approach complex tasks with a pragmatic, analytical mindset.
