Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a leading German IT service provider, managing over 600,000 IT workplaces globally. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of end-user devices, including installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Daily tasks include analyzing and resolving issues across Windows, network, and hardware environments, managing support requests via ticket systems, and documenting all actions. Furthermore, the specialist will set up new workstations, assist with system rollouts and migrations, and provide direct instruction to users on new hardware and software. Candidates must possess a completed IT Specialist (System Integration) apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong troubleshooting skills in client devices, mobile devices, and proficiency with Windows and Active Directory.
