Job Summary

This role seeks an R&D Specialist focusing on Food Law and Documentation to ensure legal compliance for a global food industry group. The specialist will actively contribute to product development by assessing and verifying the marketability of raw materials, packaging, and product designs against stringent food law standards. Key daily tasks include updating and maintaining critical master data for all product stages (raw, semi-finished, and finished goods), documenting development processes and test results in databases to ensure complete traceability, and collaborating closely with Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Purchasing teams. Candidates must hold a completed degree in Nutritional Sciences, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field, possess strong knowledge of food law and food compositions, and ideally bring professional experience in this domain. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, coupled with the ability to communicate precisely in English, is essential for success in this structured and interdisciplinary environment. This position offers flexibility and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.
